MEET KYNISHA
"Music is who I am and what I am."
Hello, my name is Kynisha Layvette Williams. Music is my destiny and purpose. Music has always been rooted within me. I remember gravitating towards the piano keyboard at the age of five. I was listening to my mother play her Yamaha keyboard with beautiful musical notes echoing early in the morning from the living room.

I was born premature on July 31, 1991.

MY FAMILY IS MY BACKBONE
My family has always been my backbone. They have kept me grounded and humble.
My father who is also my manager has been a great influential impact on helping me perfect my craft and learn the tech side of music and how it works. I thank him for allowing me to express myself and the music I've written. There are millions of songs in my head and heart. I'm excited to share it with you and the world!

I AM AN OLD SOUL
I’ve been told I’m an old soul, which is from the knowledge and wisdom embedded within me from being raised around older kinfolk.

I AM A SELF-TAUGHT MUSICIAN
Although music has always been a part of who I am and what I am, it was at the age 14 when I began writing my own songs, poetry, music beats and instrumentals. As my confidence and creativity grew, I introduced myself to the guitar. As a self-taught musician, I played the piano in the church growing up. I learned to play by ear so, anything I hear I’m able to play it back to you. It’s a blessing and a gift.

I AM A HEYOKA EMPATH
I’ve always been a heyoka empath who feels everything so very deeply around me. I’ve always been an introvert… quiet and laid back. I love and enjoy learning new things. My element is writing songs, poetry, drawing and painting. I’m a genuine loyal soul, friend and family member who is dedicated to helping others especially my mother and family.

WE SHOULD SEEK TO LIVE LIFE WITH PURPOSE
With all our talents comes a great purpose for it to inspire mankind in a positive way. I feel now more than ever the entire planet could use some uplifting and encouragement to keep climbing up the mountain and follow our dreams. In my element is a place where it feels like home where music and I become one in synchronicity.
